About Me

My foundation as a professional soccer player fostered a deep appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and the conditions that enable individuals, teams, and organizations to perform at their best.I built my career in operations management, process improvement and change management across education, hospitality, staffing and property development. These experiences provided firsthand insight into the common realities organizations face when balancing people, performance and change.Today, I partner with companies to navigate change, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational effectiveness. My approach is practical and collaborative: identify opportunities, translate insights into action, build internal capability, and leave organizations with empowered leaders, engaged employees, and sustainable improvements.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Creighton University, a Prosci Change Management Certification, and a Change Management Certificate from UBC Sauder School of Business. I am currently completing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Bellevue University, with a focus on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
